What is EARN?
 
  • The Employment, Advancement, and Retention Network (EARN) Program is made possible by the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare
  • In Montgomery County, EARN is operated by The Department of Economic and Workforce Development
  • Resources such as individualized assessment and career counseling, computer labs, supportive services, workshops, and job development are available to everyone enrolled in EARN
  • If you have been referred to EARN, The County Assistance Office has determined you are ready to begin actively pursuing a CAREER.  If you feel you have circumstances that may inhibit your success, please speak to an EARN representative today
  • EARN consists of 2 components – EARN Work Support & Career Development.  Your program requirements will vary depending on the component you have been referred to.  If you are unsure if you have been referred to Work Support or Career Development, please ask an EARN representative today
